This Yoga Retreat Training Immersion at Adrift Hotel on the Washington Coast, is designed for the dedicated student ready to deepen their relationship with yoga. Through daily practice, anatomy, philosophy, mythology, mantra, the history of the 8 limbs of yoga and meaningful integration, you will gain greater clarity, context, and connection to your practice.
A weekend immersion to step out of routine and into a deeper relationship with yoga. Designed in a retreat-style learning environment, this experience blends education, embodiment, and spaciousness—allowing the teachings to land not only intellectually, but somatically and intuitively.
Together, we’ll explore the foundations of yoga philosophy, functional anatomy, mythology, and mantra, weaving study with practice, inquiry with rest, and structure with spaciousness.
Each participant will receive a comprehensive printed immersion manual, thoughtfully created to support your learning during the retreat and serve as a lasting reference as you continue your journey.
This immersion is ideal for the dedicated student—whether you’re contemplating teacher training, currently teaching, or simply wishing to expand your personal yoga journey with greater depth, context, and meaning.
