Begin the year by tuning inward—through movement, voice, sound, and reflection.
Voices & Visions is an immersive New Year ritual designed to help you soften the noise, connect to your inner voice, and set intentions in a way that feels spacious, intuitive, and grounded. Rather than forcing resolutions, we’ll create an environment where clarity can unfold naturally—through movement, vibration, and moments of stillness.
We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow led by Sam, accompanied by live sound throughout the practice.
As you move, Vivian will weave in the soft, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls—supporting the nervous system and inviting a deeper sense of presence. Movement and sound will blend together, creating a meditative rhythm rather than distinct “sections.”
Throughout the experience, you’ll be invited into intentional journaling pauses—with gentle prompts and plenty of spaciousness. During these moments, the subtle sounds of crystal bowls will continue, offering a calm, supportive backdrop for reflection.
You’re welcome to pick up your journal whenever something arises; often it’s in these unstructured, in-between moments that the most honest insights emerge.
We’ll then explore call-and-response chanting with Meghan on harmonium—no prior chanting or musical experience needed. This shared vocal practice builds connection, resonance, and collective intention.
To close:
Meghan and Vivian will play together, blending harmonium and crystal bowls into a layered sound bath that supports deep rest, integration, and listening—both inward and outward.
After practice, we’ll gather for a nourishing, seasonal brunch—featuring in-season vegetables, simple dips, tea, and a sweet bite to finish. This is a time to connect, share, and ease into conversation, or simply linger in community. Come solo or invite a friend—this space is for togetherness.
Each participant will receive a journal to take home, so you can continue this practice anytime—on a quiet morning, between busy days, or in those small, unexpected moments that often hold the most meaning.
All are welcome—no experience needed.
