The Fluid Body: Fascia, Meridians & Yin Yoga

Sunday, June 28 | 11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

What if your body is less like a machine and more like a flowing river? Join acupuncturist Dr. Eric Baumgartner and Yin Yoga teacher trainer Leah Adams, who have been teaching together since 2017, for an immersive afternoon exploring the interconnected nature of the body through movement, stillness, and reflection.

Drawing from both modern science and traditional Eastern wisdom, we'll explore the body's fascial network, energetic meridians, and the powerful role of water within us. Through Yin Yoga, guided discussion, and practical self-care tools, you'll discover how resilience, restoration, and emotional well-being are deeply connected to the body's fluid systems.

During this workshop, you'll experience: A nourishing 60-minute Yin Yoga practice focused on the spine and the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians An accessible exploration of fascia—the body's connective tissue network—and its relationship to movement, hydration, and overall well-being Insights into the Water Element and its connection to rest, resilience, courage, and renewal Simple acupressure techniques to support nervous system regulation, energy balance, and stress recovery.

* A deeper understanding of how emotions, experiences, and patterns may be held within the body.

After the workshop, stay for light bites and conversation with Dr. Baumgartner and Leah—an opportunity to ask questions, connect, and continue the exploration in community.

Investment: $80
DRIFT members receive their regular member discount.

Come curious. Leave feeling grounded, restored, and more connected to the wisdom within.

Cancellation: 24 hours before workshop to receive credit back. Late Cancel and No Show will result in loss of credit. No refunds. Thank you.
