Led by DRIFT owner Vivian and DRIFT instructor, Sam this special outdoor class combines a gentle, grounding yoga flow with the healing tones of a closing sound bath—set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Union.

Please bring your own mat, water, sunnies. Hang out with us post yoga for some lite bites and enjoy being on dock at the lake.

*Location: Center for Wooden Boats, South Lake Union. We will be on the docks. Walk passed the museum and take the walkway bridge on the right, turn left and head back to the dock.
