In partnership with the Center for Wooden Boats
Join us for a deeply restorative evening blending yin yoga and sound healing, set against the serene backdrop of Seattle’s historic South Lake Union waterfront. DRIFT Yoga and Center for Wooden Boats come together to bring you a one-of-a-kind experience: part of the class will be held outdoors on the docks, with the rest indoors in the boathouse—with the doors wide open so the healing vibrations of sound can carry through both spaces.
Led by DRIFT’s lead instructor,Nancy Lea, this 60-minute class invites you to slow down and sink into stillness with long-held yin postures as you immerse yourself to sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and soothe the soul.
Surrounded by gentle lake breezes, lapping water, and the soft echoes of singing bowls, you’ll float into summer feeling grounded, spacious, and reconnected.
Bring layers, your mat, and anything that helps you feel cozy and supported. Open to all levels.
