Together, we make a difference for Mary's Place, in collaboration with Nancy Lea Yoga (NLY).  We invite you to a special fundraiser dedicated to creating a positive impact in our community. Join us for this donation based class of compassion, camaraderie, and charitable giving as we come together to support those in need.

Members, Class Pack and Drop In holders:  you may donate if you'd like - drop us an email here.

All proceeds will be donated to Mary's Place through NLY Fundraiser Team.

------------About Sculpt 45:

Get ready to sculpt and tone your body in our dynamic 45-minute Sculpt class. Combining strength training, and cardio bursts, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling energized and strong. Using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, we'll target major muscle groups, improving strength, endurance, and muscle definition.  Elevate your heart rate with bursts of cardiovascular exercises that enhance your fitness level and burn calories. This class will have the use of dumbbells, sliders, resistance bands - not all required. All levels, welcome however, exposure or experience in weight training and / or yoga preferred.
