Lara brings years of experience in hand balancing, strength training, and mobility work, guiding students through progressive drills that build the strength, flexibility, and body awareness necessary for a successful press. A strong foundation in arm balances and/or body awareness is recommended but not required.

What You’ll Learn:

  •  The essential strength and mobility needed for a press handstand

  •  How to activate your core, shoulders, and hips for controlled movement

  •  Drills and progressions tailored to your level

  •  Breath and engagement techniques to refine your approach
