This session begins with a group warm-up to prepare the body, build strength, and create mobility for whatever you're exploring. From there, we'll spend time breaking down poses, refining technique, working through challenges, or answering questions that arise in your practice.

Whether you're looking to build confidence in Crow Pose, understand alignment, learn modifications, or simply deepen your knowledge of yoga, this space is for you. No specific experience level is required—come with your curiosity and a willingness to explore.

We'll close the practice with a restorative yin sequence and savasana, allowing time to integrate, unwind, and leave feeling balanced and refreshed.
