Yin Yoga for Feeling & Healing: The Broken Hearts Club // Nov. 20th
5:45 - 7:15 p.m.
Led by Leah Adams
We all need spaces to heal and feel together. Research shows that being in community activates feel-good neurotransmitters, including oxytocin, and supports both physical and psychological wellbeing.
That’s why we’re hosting Yin Yoga for Feeling & Healing: The Broken Hearts Club.
For 90 minutes, we’ll gather to pause, breathe, and create space for the body, heart, and mind.
“When you nurture where you are, you get where you want to go.”
As a culture, we celebrate joy but rarely make space to process loss, grief, or overwhelm yet these experiences live in our biology and are reflected in our bodies. You may be carrying environmental, ancestral, or cultural grief. Many of us are holding loss in one of its various forms. Yin Yoga for Feeling & Healing is a body-based practice that supports the parasympathetic nervous system and helps build neurobiological resilience.
What to expect:
A 90-minute Yin Yoga practice
Restorative breathwork
A curated playlist (some songs with lyrics)
Periods of quiet and reflection
A closing reading
Join us for a practice that meets us where we are so we can move toward where we want to go.
Come as you are.
