Spring Workshop: Balancing the Wood Element

Step into the energy of spring through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This seasonal workshop focuses on the Wood element—supporting the liver and gallbladder meridians to encourage the smooth flow of qi, clarity, and forward movement.
Through a combination of myofascial release (MFR) and intentional, gentle movement, we’ll create space in the body—clearing stagnation and awakening a sense of lightness and renewal. Think of this practice as a reset for both body and mind, helping you shake off the heaviness of winter and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
We’ll close with an extended savasana and immersive sound bath, allowing the work to integrate deeply.
A grounding, spacious experience designed to support balance, vitality, and a fresh sense of direction as we move into the season.
