Begin the year by slowing down. This New Year Yin + Sound practice is an invitation to soften, restore, and tend to yourself with care. Guided by Leah, we’ll move through long-held yin postures designed to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for reflection.
Throughout the practice, grounding sound will support deep rest and presence, allowing you to fully arrive in this moment. This is a practice of listening—rather than striving—where self-care becomes the intention, not the outcome.
Before you head home, stop by our Bath Salt Bar to create a small custom blend to take with you—a simple ritual to extend the feeling of ease and nourishment into the rest of your day.
No experience necessary. Come as you are, leave feeling supported, settled, and restored. 60 min Yo+Sound, 10 min to create bath salt.
