Join Shawna for an uplifting workshop designed to help you move with greater lightness, strength, and control. We’ll start with a grounding vinyasa sequence to awaken the body and build heat, then break down the mechanics of “floating” — from smooth transitions to soft landings.
What to expect:
A dynamic, fluid warm-up to activate shoulders, core, and balance
Breath and bandha work to create lift from the inside out
Step-by-step drills for hop-backs, hop-to’s, and arm-balance transitions
Modifications, props, and progressions for all experience levels
You’ll leave with practical tools to bring into your regular practice — and a renewed sense of play in how you move and flow.

Level: All levels welcome — yoga experience preferred
