Join us in this journey of self-discovery and inner harmony with our Breathe In, Bliss Out: Breathwork + Sound Bath workshop. This 75-minute session is designed to guide you through a deeply restorative experience, combining the power of intentional breathwork and immersive soundscapes.

Breathwork Segment: Led by Vlada
In the first half of the class, you will be introduced to the art of conscious breathing, a practice that taps into the profound connection between breath, mind, and body. Led by our experienced and compassionate instructor, you will explore various breathwork techniques aimed at promoting relaxation, releasing tension, and fostering mental clarity. The rhythmic and intentional breathwork will help you unlock stagnant energy, enhance oxygen flow, and create a sense of balance within.

Interlude:
Following the breathwork segment, take a moment to center yourself as you transition into the sound bath experience. Allow the effects of conscious breathing to settle in, preparing your mind and body for the next phase of the session.

Sound Bath Segment: Led by Sarah
Immerse yourself in the therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments during the sound bath. As you recline in a comfortable position, the instructor will create a harmonious sonic landscape, enveloping you in waves of healing vibrations. The carefully curated soundscape is designed to induce a state of deep relaxation, promote stress reduction, and stimulate a meditative state. The vibrations work on a cellular level, encouraging the release of tension, promoting emotional well-being, and aligning your energy centers.Throughout the sound bath, you will be invited to let go of any lingering stress or tension, allowing the sounds to wash over you and create a sense of inner peace.

The combination of breathwork and sound therapy creates a synergistic effect, amplifying the benefits of each practice and leaving you with a heightened sense of well-being. Conclude the class by slowly bringing awareness back to your breath and body, carrying the serene energy cultivated during the session into the rest of your day.

We want to ensure that breathwork is safe and beneficial for everyone. Before you dive into this practice, it's important to be aware of some considerations that will help keep you feeling your best. As certain types of breathwork activate your nervous system, contraindications include: heart conditions (history of heart attack, stroke, uncontrolled high blood pressure), eye conditions (glaucoma, detached retina), PTSD or other mental health condition requiring hospitalization in the last 10 year (please discuss with your therapist to get clearance), and history of seizures.
