Going Vertical is a progressive 3-part series designed to build strength, confidence, and technique as you explore the world of inversions—one step at a time. Whether you’re brand new or refining your practice, each workshop breaks things down in an accessible, supportive way.

Join for the full journey or drop into one or two sessions based on your interest:

May 6 — Headstand (75 min) Build a strong foundation. Learn proper alignment, entry and exit strategies, and how to feel stable and supported upside down.

May 13 — Forearm Balance (75 min) Find lightness and control. Focus on shoulder strength, core integration, and balance techniques to lift and hold with ease.

May 20 — Handstand (75 min) Play at the edge. Explore kick-ups, alignment at the wall, and tips to build confidence working toward a freestanding handstand.

Each session will include a thoughtful warm-up, skill-building drills, and time to explore with guidance and support.
