Stephanie
Originally from California, I made my way to Seattle through New York City, bringing with me a diverse background in teaching, mentorship, and the corporate world. In 2022, I took a leap of faith, leaving my career in tech to pursue my passion for movement and wellness. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and have since continued to expand my knowledge in strength and conditioning, various styles of yoga, mobility, and prenatal and postpartum fitness.
With a background in UX research, I bring a thoughtful, observant, and individualized approach to teaching. I believe movement is never one-size-fits-all and that understanding your body is just as important as challenging it. My classes blend strength, flexibility, breath, and mindful alignment, encouraging students to explore their capabilities while building confidence and body awareness.
As a mother, I understand the importance of finding balance in a busy life. My philosophy is rooted in making movement purposeful, accessible, and sustainable—helping students feel stronger, move with greater ease, and develop a deeper connection to themselves.
My teaching style is supportive yet challenging, with an emphasis on intelligent sequencing, curiosity, and growth. I believe we are often capable of more than we realize, and I love creating opportunities for students to discover that potential, both on and off the mat.
For me, movement is a lifelong practice of self-discovery. It's not just about what your body can do, but how you feel living in it.
