Sam

Sam leads her classes with compassion and a deep appreciation for the mind body connection. She found yoga as a way to stay grounded and connected to self while balancing life as a Division I Athlete. Following her graduation and retirement from college athletics, Sam received her teaching certification from 8 Limbs in Seattle. Her teaching style is steady and energetic where you can expect to move your body in creative ways to ignite self love and growth. Each practice provides opportunities to explore potential while balancing ease and effort. She cultivates a playful yet welcoming environment where differences are embraced and celebrated. 

Outside of yoga, you can find her somewhere in nature - wondering, surfing or enjoying the sunshine. She has a love for travel, adventure and her two cats, Pablo and Stevie.

Why I teach: I strive to be a positive influence for those around me by spreading joy and the beauty of a strong mind body connection.
