Leah
Leah Adams is a yoga teacher, mindfulness facilitator, Ayurvedic wellness counselor, and somatic practitioner based in Seattle. With over a decade of experience teaching, she draws from both ancient wisdom and cutting-edge science to guide others toward balance, resilience, and inner alignment.
Leah weaves together modalities of Yin Yoga, pranayama, functional breathwork, meditation, and holistic nutrition. Her approach is grounded in neuroscience, Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, Ayurveda, and stress physiology. IShe gratefully acknowledges her mentors, including Yin Yoga teachers Bernie Clark and Sarah Powers.

She is especially passionate about supporting those in healthcare environments and those navigating cancer recovery, having worked with institutions such as Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Fred Hutch, and others.
Beyond her teachings, Leah values time in nature, herbal alchemy, playing music, and nurturing practices that sustain heart, body, and spirit.
