What to Expect

Winter Camp Energy
Think: snowy forests, cross-country ski trails, hot beverages, board games, a crackling fire, and evenings spent laughing, resting, and reconnecting.

Yoga to Support the Season

  • Friday: Opening yoga to land, ground, and arrive in your body.

  • Saturday: Morning yoga, Ayurveda workshop and an evening yoga with Sound Bath, ending with a yoga Nidra before bed.

  • Sunday: Closing practice including a nurturing sound bath to seal in the weekend.

Ayurveda for Winter
Together we’ll explore:

  • The elements & doshas and how they show up in winter

  • How to balance Vata and Kapha through movement, breath, and rest

  • Seasonal foods and spices to warm, ground, and nourish

  • Simple at-home rituals—like abhyanga (oiling), daily routines, breathwork, and grounding practices you can bring back into everyday life

Intentional Nourishment
Enjoy Ayurveda-inspired meals crafted by our private chefs to support digestion, immunity, and winter wellness. Expect warm, grounding, seasonal dishes—think stews, porridges, teas, and comforting flavors that feel like a hug from the inside out.

Conscious Catering | Nourishment with Intention

We’re thrilled to be nourished by Conscious Catering, led by Jacob and Madi, who will be preparing meals on site throughout the Après Ski Retreat. Their approach is rooted in seasonal, whole-food cooking—highlighting in-season vegetables, warming flavors, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients designed to support the body during winter.

Meals are crafted with care and presence, honoring the rhythm of the day and the energy of time spent outdoors.

Weather and whim permitting, we may even gather for a simple shared meal outside—layers on, cheeks rosy—after a cross-country ski or snowy wander. A true après moment: grounding, communal, and deeply nourishing.

Play in the Snow
In your spacious free time, you’ll have the option to:

  • Cross-country ski

  • Snowshoe

  • Wander the quiet trails

  • Or simply curl up with a book, journal, or tea by the fire
