Brooke // Certified Therapeutic Yoga Specialist with Yoga Medicine

I was born and raised in Seattle where I began my yoga practice back in High School. I have now been teaching yoga for 10 years. I am a student of Yoga Medicine, where I’ve been attending my advanced teacher trainings. When I am not teaching yoga I love to read and hangout with my cat, Onyx. :)

My teaching style: Therapeutic Vinyasa

Why I teach yoga: I feel called to teach yoga as appreciation for ways the practice has nourished and transformed my life: physically, mentally and spiritually. I love teaching yoga because I am passionate about the endless benefits of this practice, not just physically but energetically too. I love serving as a guide to inspire others on this yoga journey.
