Andrew Ragan
Andrew is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and integrative breathwork guide whose mission is to help people reconnect with their naturally whole, soul-centered selves. Through his work at Soul Centered Strength, he weaves together strength training, yoga asana, conscious connected breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, and Trauma Release Exercise (TRE®) to support embodiment, healing, and resilience. Andrew offers private and small-group breathwork sessions (both online and in person) and leads group workshops that integrate movement and somatic awareness to prepare the body and nervous system for expanded breathwork practice. 

Marissa Grasmick
Marissa is a transpersonal relational somatic therapist, art therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and experienced breathwork facilitator. Her therapeutic approach blends Eastern and Western modalities to support deeper connection, inner integration, and nervous system regulation. Marissa guides clients and groups in breathwork journeys designed to release emotional and somatic blocks, access expanded states of consciousness, and support healing at the cellular and nervous system levels.  In addition to her private therapy and coaching work, she teaches yoga and leads breathwork workshops.

Both Andrew and Marissa co-lead Expansive Breathwork workshops and private sessions at DRIFT.
